We provide Educational Seminars, Inspections, Remodeling Escrows, Draw Inspections, Training and Endorsed Providers for both the builder and the buyer in the Greater Houston, Texas area.

Company Profile

Home Construction Consultants is owned by Larry Ty Fleming. Larry Fleming is code certified with ICC (International Code Council) as a Residential Combination Inspector, Licensed with the Texas Real Estate Commission, TREC # 4860 as a Professional Inspector, is an approved TRCC (Texas Residential Construction Commission) inspector and is also on the fee panel for FHA inspections. He has personally been involved in every aspect of the home building industry and has performed thousands of inspections from the soil to the sale. Click here to purchase his video series.
